About the position

As the Sales Manager for Ahlsell's industrial business in Värmland, you play a central role in leading, driving, and developing the team towards set goals. You are responsible for both personnel and results and are a present leader who coaches your employees in their daily work. Together with the Regional Sales Manager, you work strategically to develop existing customers and identify new business opportunities in the region.

In this role, you will receive strong internal support from Ahlsell's HR, sales management, and colleagues throughout the organization. You will become an important cultural bearer and are expected to contribute to a work climate where performance and well-being go hand in hand. At Ahlsell, you do not just sell products; you also offer your customers effective logistics solutions and services that create value in their processes. Here you will be part of Sweden's largest sales organization.

Your main responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Personnel responsibility for a team of salespeople
  • Budget and result responsibility for the area
  • Daily coaching of employees in their customer work and business drive
  • Planning and execution of joint trips, customer visits, and follow-ups
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities in collaboration with the team and regional sales manager
  • Actively working to strengthen employee engagement and team spirit
  • Collaboration with other sales managers, specialists, and support functions within Ahlsell

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who openly and responsibly coaches and guides their employees to succeed in their sales. You are convincing, communicative, and clear, and lead by good example. You are used to working with goals, follow-ups, and feedback.

We have no requirements for experience but consider it advantageous if you have a few years of experience in sales and leadership. We place great importance on your personal qualities and ambitions.
